Sending your prescriptions

Just like your local pharmacy, we require a valid prescription for your medications; the same way that it is required for all prescription medications in the USA. For your valid prescription to be accepted, it must be from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence. You may send in your valid prescription by fax to 1-800-859-5270, or through email to prescriptions@canadadrugsdirect.com. You may also send in your prescription through the attach option in the chat box. Be sure to include your order number on the prescription.

We may also send a prescription request to your doctor's office on your behalf after you have placed an order. All you need to do is to provide us your doctor's contact details.
