How do I send my prescription?

A valid prescription is required for all prescription medications. To be accepted, the prescription must be issued by a licensed prescriber authorized to practice in your area of residence.

You can send your prescription in any of the following ways:

·         Fax: 1-800-859-5270

·         Email: prescriptions@canadadrugsdirect.com

·         Upload: Use the attachment option in the chat box, or upload the prescription from your online account

Please include your order number with your prescription. If you prefer, we can also contact your doctor’s office on your behalf after you place your order. You will need to provide your doctor’s contact information.
